2. Scope

This policy covers:

• This website (eliseapps.com)
• iOS apps published by the operator
• Web and desktop apps published by the operator

3. What the apps collect

The apps require no account and collect no personal data — no name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos. There are no in-app purchases and no advertising.

The only thing collected is crash logs, used to find and fix the cause when an app terminates unexpectedly. A crash log contains technical information such as:

• Device model
• OS version
• App version
• Technical details of the crash, such as a stack trace

4. How crash logs are handled

Crash logs reach the operator through Apple’s reporting mechanism, and only where you have agreed in iOS settings to share analytics with Apple and with developers. You can stop this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Crash logs are used solely to fix defects, never to identify individuals, and are never sold or passed to third parties.

5. Accounts and data deletion

The apps have no account system, so the operator holds no user accounts and there is no account data to delete.

Data an app stores on your device — settings, records and the like — stays on the device. Deleting the app removes it.

6. What this website collects

This site runs no analytics (no Google Analytics or equivalent) and no advertising tags, and sets no cookies of its own.

It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), whose servers record access logs. Those logs exist for delivery and security on Cloudflare’s side; the operator does not use them to track individual visitors.

7. The contact form

Contact and support run through Google Forms, provided by Google LLC. Anything you submit is transmitted to and stored on Google servers, and Google’s privacy policy applies in addition to this one. No Google account is needed to use the form.

Providing an email address is optional. If you do, it is used only to reply to you.

Submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry, and are not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

8. Transfers outside Japan

Running this site and these apps relies on the following overseas providers, and information may be stored on their servers in the United States.

• Apple Inc. (USA) — app distribution and crash log delivery
• Google LLC (USA) — the contact form
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting for this site

9. Retention

Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and there is no further need to keep the record. Crash logs are deleted once the defect they describe has been resolved.

10. Access, correction and deletion

If you ask to see, correct, restrict or delete personal data held about you, the operator will verify your identity and respond promptly as the law requires. Use the contact details in section 1.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as the law or these services change. Any revision takes effect when it is published on this page.
